An article from Wired News, written by Kim Griggs, "New Zealand's 2GHz radio spectrum will be back on the auction block in July, but the country's 3-month-old government has reconfigured the whole process. The center-left Labor Alliance coalition government, elected last November, has toughened the rules for the auction. In addition, it has expanded the spectrum allocation to be auctioned, and has set aside one slice of the spectrum to aid the development of New Zealand's indigenous Mãori. "
