The situation improved last week as software vendor Gambit Studios released Liberty, its emulator for Nintendo of America's GameBoy device. Emulation is the process by which a program can entirely mimic the functions of another computer and thus is able to run the other machine's software The Liberty emulator, available for $16.95 at Gambit's Web site (see link below), allows owners of any PalmOS-compatible handheld to play GameBoy games on their palmtops. < | >
