Ericsson already has an MP3-playing accessory for its T28 World phone, and Sprint announced this week that Samsung's long-rumored MP3 phone, the Uproar, would be available November 1 for $399. On the surface, the whole MP3 phone thing seems like a pretty good idea: Combine two hot technologies, create one hot product. But after getting an early look at the Uproar, I came away feeling that Sprint and its partners may be facing a hard sell, at least for the moment. < | >
